Agency president Laer Pearce spent 12 years in Japan and has traveled extensively throughout Asia, giving him first-hand knowledge of the diverse and dynamic Asian cultures. China native Linda Ou leads this multi-cultural practice.  She is also Vice President of Operations of the Orange County Chinese American Chamber of Commerce.
